The Administrative Division provides for:
- Administration of the office and accounting for all funds paid into the registries of the Court.
- Preparation and approval of annual budget.
- Approving notary public applications and issuance of notary public commissions.
- Revocation of notary public commissions for violation of duties.
- Filing and maintaining trade name registrations.
- Filing and maintaining military discharge records and providing certified copies to the veteran at no charge.
- Filing and maintaining attorney bar admission records.
- Filing and maintaining physician's registry.
- Administering oaths and taking affidavits in all cases permitted by law or where such authority is not confined to some other officer.
- Administrating oaths to tax equalizers and overseeing the board of equalization.
- Issuing certified copies of documents maintained in the clerk of superior court's office.
- Approving bonds as directed by law.
- Receiving passport agent's annual qualification training and processing and transmitting passport applications to the U.S. Department of State.
