Real and Personal Property Division

The Real and Personal Property Division:

• Receives, records, and maintains deeds, plats, liens, and UCC financing statements and creates and maintains accessible indexes to these records.
• Collects and disburses intangible taxes and real estate transfer taxes.
• Transmits deeds, liens, plats, PT61 real estate reports, and UCC data and images to the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority.
